Proper time to read
The best time to read is when you are really fresh and not tired. This will allow you to concentrate better and gain more information then studying at the time when you are tired so I suggest you to read in the morning.
Define a reading goal
Try to make a reading goal to achieve, it will be come your motivator to read better. Here you may try to read 30 or 40 minute in a time and take a short break, define it as your goal.
